September Update!

Hello my loves!
I apologize for the lack of updates and information, but thus far there's not a whole lot to say! We are still on track and on schedule, proceeding full steam ahead. There was a small kerfuffle with resin leaking into the googly eyes during casting, but the manufacturer found a solution before it became a problem, and it has not impacted our delivery dates.
I had originally planned to lock orders earlier this summer, but ended up extending that time until now- We will be locking orders (not addresses) at the end of the month. If you wanted to add or adjust your add-ons, please make those selections before 9/30. You will still be able to update your address until just before we ship.

The next post should be in late October/early November, confirming our early shipments and locking addresses/charging cards for shipping!

Quick Update- Backerkit Shipping Charges

Hi friends!
Just a quick update- I originally had set up the Backerkit shipping one way, then realized (through y'all letting me know) it was absolutely not working the way I had intended. I have fixed it- now add-ons are not adding the total cost of shipping back onto your order, just a small amount per the increased amount of weight for the package!
Thanks again for alerting me of the issue- you guys don't need to do anything at this time. Cards haven't been charged yet, and everyone who added on a dice set (or anything else) will see a greatly reduced shipping cost when they are charged (sometime right before we ship- I will announce via a KS update).

Surveys! Info! Exciting Update!

Hello my darling Googlies!
We have about 80% of the surveys back, which is AWESOME. I have placed the order for the dice with the manufacturer. Since there were fewer pledges and dice ordered than I expected, it means we can opt for air shipping instead of slow boat shipping which means:
WE ARE AHEAD OF SCHEDULE! If everything goes well, we should start our fulfillment in November instead of February.

Hellooooo Googlies!
Surveys will be going out today- a small percentage for a test, and then the bulk will be sent over the next 24 hours. Please try to have those completed by JUNE 22 so I can get everything ordered and we can be on our way! You'll be able to change your address right up until we start shipping orders out, but I need to know how many sets/add-ons, etc so we can get these eyes rolling <3
Since we did not charge shipping via Kickstarter, you will have a shipping charge for your pledge, plus any applicable VAT responsibilities- keep that in mind as you fill everything out.

CONGRATULATIONS, DICE FRIENDS! We did it- with your help, our project has funded and will become a reality <3
Our next steps will be for Kickstarter to process everyone's payment- if yours has errors, they will reach out and you'll have 7 days to fix it.
In about two weeks, I will send out the Backerkit surveys. It is IMPERATIVE that you guys fill these out ASAP- delays here mean delays in ordering the dice, which could translate into delays getting your dice to you! In that Backerkit survey, you'll see options for any additional add-ons you'd like, as well as the charges for shipping and VAT (if applicable).
Once I have the bulk of the surveys back, I'll give the factory the go ahead to start making the googly eye magic happen!
