Hello! Good morning!

I have gotten confirmation that dice have arrived to GameQuest in the UK and that we are ready to start shipping out to all you lovely UK/EU/International folks.

I am going to charge cards for shipping and VAT TODAY, so please make sure if there's an error it gets fixed ASAP.

Hopefully you'll have your dice in-hand very soon!

Hello International Friends!

I have FINALLY secured all the forms and numbers and firedrills to import your googlies into the UK so they can be shipped by GamesQuest! The package is on its way- tracking indicates it should arrive sometime next week. Once it arrives, the team at GQ will get those in envelopes and out to you ASAP! We are still on track to meet our February 2022 delivery date, which I am very happy about.

VERY IMPORTANT- Double check your addresses and that your card information is correct! I will be charging cards for shipping/VAT once I get confirmation that the dice have arrived at GQ.

I will update y'all again once those packages get into the post and on their way!

Quick Update, and Happy New Year!

Hello, my lovely loves!

Happy holidays, and happy new year to all. I hope you're all safe and well! 

The team at The Evergreen Burrow (me, the cats, the dog, and my partner) have been hard at work packing and shipping your pledges. We are now at 550/750 domestic packages shipped out, with more leaving the studio every day! International packages are still running through GamesQuest, and while we have jumped through almost all of the paperwork hoops, I am still waiting for one last number before I can import the dice into the UK and those can get sent out.

I believe I have taken care of any last minute address changes, but if you're one of the 200 domestic or international packages that haven't yet been sent and need an address update, please please please let me know NOW. If there is anything I can help you with, please reach out via email or kickstarter message and I'll get you sorted <3

Once again, thank you for all your support throughout this project- y'all are the best fans and clients and family I could ever ask for. I cannot WAIT to share our next project with you- it's going to be epic!

VERY IMPORTANT UPDATE: Locking Addresses! Googly Eye Dice are Incoming!

Great Googly Moogly! Dice Ahoy!

USA, CANADA, AND MEXICO backers- THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT:

The dice are on their way to me for delivery TODAY, which means it's time to lock addresses. Please double check that your address is correct in Backerkit- you have until midnight EST Sunday 11/7 to make any changes necessary.

This also means that I will charge cards for shipping costs and add-ons on 11/8- any failed charges will need to be fixed before I can ship you your dice. My goal is to start fulfillment 11/10- there's about 750 of you, so your patience is appreciated as we work through shipping your pledges. We are literally THREE MONTHS ahead of schedule, and I am so so excited!

INTERNATIONAL BACKERS- THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT

We are still in the process of registering for VAT- a process started in March which is still ongoing. Due to COVID and moving, gathering documents on my end has been rougher than anticipated, but we are still moving forward! Your dice have been manufactured, but we need to be VAT registered in order to import to the fulfillment center.

 I will wait to charge your cards for shipping and VAT until we are ready to ship. Please go ahead and double-check your addresses- https://googly-eye-dice.backerkit.com/

My initial hope was that by using GamesQuest and shipping from the UK, y'all would get your pledges faster- and once the dice land with them, that will still be the case. We are still way ahead of our initial February 2022 delivery date, and I have hope that we will get this figured out before the end of the year.

DICE FRIENDS,

Would you like to see something fun?

Production photos are here, and I'm super happy to be able to share them with you!

Since they're factory photos, they're not super clear or crisp, but I am very excited to be one step closer to having dice-in-hand!

We are nearing completion of manufacturing and are rolling right along into shipment from the factory. Out of an abundance of caution, I have requested the dice be sent via airmail instead of by boat, which should mean that they will get to us (and then to you) a whole lot faster. I don't know if y'all have noticed, but the ports are super backed up everywhere due to COVID; even though this was a more expensive option, I thought it would be best not to have our dice sit in port for three months before being unloaded.

Next steps:

1. The dice arrive to me for US/Canada/Mexico fulfillment- this is 75% of our pledges. The 25% of pledges that are international will be handled by the great folks at GamesQuest.

2. Once they arrive, they'll be double checked for quality. Then I will lock addresses and charge cards for shipping costs, any add-ons, and VAT. 

3. Fulfillment begins! 

Again, since COVID is a thing that continues to be happening and affecting the world around us, I can't give exact timelines or dates. I promise to keep y'all updated as thing progress, and I will definitely give a heads-up when I lock addresses and before I charge cards for shipping/add ons/VAT. The good news is we are still literally months ahead of our original fulfillment date!

You all have been so wonderful during the process of this project, and I just want to thank you again for helping to make these goofy, wonderful dice a reality.
